Focus Climb – Col d’Aubisque

The Aubisque is the longest yet also one of the most picturesque climbs on our tour. After a cruisy warm up to the village of Argeles - Gazost we tackle the 30k climb to the summit.
The bonus is we get to conquer two climbs for the price of one as we also pass through the peak of Col de Soulor at 1474m on the way.
This makes for a good excuse to stop for a quick refuel before we descend - yes descend for 3k before the final ascent to the top where the views are - 'breathtaking'!
